Olivia is an associate of Mayer Brown. She specializes in intellectual property, including managing trademark portfolios for MNCs in Asia Pacific Areas and around the globe. She combats trademark squatters on a daily basis in multiple jurisdictions at a time. From online and offline brand monitoring, deriving strategies against squatters and infringers, investigation and evidence collection (especially in PRC), negotiating trademark buyback and handling other contentious matters. She is an appointed customs examiner for brand protection and is also experienced in copyrights, patent matters in PRC, Hong Kong and Greater China. Off work, she enjoys working out and arts.
