Olivia is an Organizational Psychologist and Diversity and Inclusion expert, evidence-based consultant, speaker, and sought-after educator in the areas of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Artificial Intelligence and Human Resource Management. She brings over 20 years of experience working with academic institutions and organizations to build inclusive cultures using research, data, and analytics. In addition to her extensive academic background, Olivia has substantial consulting experience in talent management, employee engagement, employee experience, and the digital transformation of HR. She has also worked on numerous consulting projects towards the use of AI in HR practices. She has led a wide range of consulting projects focused on people analytics and digital HR, helping organizations harness data and technology to create more equitable and effective people strategies using cutting-edge technologies. Olivia is passionate about developing inclusive workplace cultures. She supports organizations in designing and implementing evidence-based strategies and policies in equality, diversity, and inclusion. She also advises on the digital transformation of HR to prepare for a future of work free from bias. Her current research explores the impact of automation and artificial intelligence on marginalized groups, with a particular focus on how these technologies are reshaping the world of work and employment. She is the co-founder of CEFI (www.inclusionatwork.eu), a center for diversity and inclusion at work that supports organizations in creating modern, inclusive workplaces. CEFI also provides cutting-edge in-person and e-learning training solutions that empower DEI transformation for a fairer, more inclusive future of work.
