Hello! My name is Olivia Kong, and I'm an undergraduate studying Chemical Biology at UC Berkeley. I'm passionate about how chemical properties of biological systems can be utilized to selectively combat disease. I'm currently seeking research opportunities, and hope to pursue a graduate degree in field adjacent to chemistry. Fun fact about me: I love the outdoors!
Provide affordable, comprehensive, and compassionate care to patients from underserved communities. Document patient information and needs. Communicate with a largely Cantonese and Mandarin speaking patient demographic. Screen and refer questions regarding prescriptions, medications, drug information, and health to pharmacists.
Research intern under the mentorship of Dr. Brittany Moser. Worked on utilizing trogocytosis to develop a high-throughput method of detecting TCR-antigen pairs. Future applications aim to further the field of engineered TCR therapies.
