- End to end recruitment cycle for white and blue collar roles within our two luxury 5* properties - Working closely with General Manager and HR Team of both properties to review and strategise talent plans - Accountable for sourcing activities to fill open positions including online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) as well as attending external events including Universities, Colleges and Careers Fairs - Implement new and build on existing partnerships and charities within the wider community as a method of attraction - Work with internal colleagues to utilise programmes including IHG academy and Apprenticeships as an early career’s attraction strategy - Analysis of hiring and retention metrics including skills gaps and future requirements - Gathering candidate market insight, sharing data on policies and working practices to enable us to remain competitive and attractive
- Responsible for partnering with Corporate functions including Finance, HR, Marketing, Communications, Procurement & Brand and supporting the business with recruitment solutions - Own and manage end to end resourcing responsibilities including candidate pipelines, sourcing internal and external candidates, conducting telephone screens and presenting most qualified candidates to the appropriate Hiring Managers. - Manage creating, sending and uploading of contracts to HR. - Forecasting potential movement and putting plans in plans where necessary by building strategic talent pipelines
- Manage end to end recruitment process for Sales Team based in the London, Paris and Frankfurt Headquarters (12+ different nationalities) - Own and manage resourcing responsibilities including creating requisitions, candidate pipelines, sourcing internal and external candidates, conducting telephone screens and presenting most qualified candidates to the appropriate Hiring Managers. - Conduct and lead interview process. Manage sending and uploading of contracts to HR. - Support the implementation of HR initiatives to wider Europe sales team to enhance overall team effectiveness and individual performance · Manage the implementation of IHG’s induction process by creating Onboarding Schedules for all new starters to ensure they have a ‘Room to have a Great Start’ and line managers understand and adhere to procedures. - Utilise appropriate communication methods and vehicles to effectively communicate to colleagues - Participation at Leadership and Team Meetings to give insight into any current issues along with foreseeing potential movement

• Monitoring and analysing learner achievement through College systems and communication with Employers. • Generating reports for Heads of Schools/Directors. • Responsible for Skills Funding Agency Project involving cleansing data and delegating tasks to colleagues. This generally involved contacting employers to complete survey over the phone. • Exceeded expected target two years in a row.
Ensuring all salons fully equipped; training students in the running of the hair dispensary; keeping all stock up to date; also assisting with the running of the reception area, fielding telephone calls; and admin duties for tutors.
• Managing a team of 5 entertainers (during high season) • Creating, as well as participating in, the daily and nightly entertainment program for children and adults including: Theme days, Sports programmes, Kids Clubs, Evening Shows etc • Booking in external shows to perform at Hotel • Presenting (in French and English) at the weekly "Welcome Meeting" for new guests • Public Relation with International Guests - French/Spanish/English • Holding weekly team meetings to motivate team and identify/discuss any issues • Monitoring Trip Advisor feeback - Translating French reviews for the General Manager
• Visiting Job Centres and informing customers of varied ages, backgrounds and physical/mental requirements on available courses available at the college - Specifically geared towards gaining Employability Skills • Invigilating and marking assessments/making judgement on suitable courses based on results and personality fit - Contacting successful job seekers with start dates • Preparing class registers for tutors/updating relevant forms for the Job Centre • Contacting Employers to place Hospitality students within work settings • Requesting insurance policies • Data cleansing • Activating tests for Functional Skills Learners. • Setting up spreadsheets/Updating CRM/EBS/Excalibur and other college systems. • Enrolling new students onto their courses and accepting/processing payments.
