I recently graduated from the University of Leeds with a First Class Honours degree in Biological Sciences (Biotechnology with Enterprise), having been named on the Dean's List in both 2024–25 and 2025–26 and awarded the Biological Sciences Level 2 Prize for top academic performance across the faculty. My degree has provided me with a strong foundation in data interpretation, scientific literature evaluation, and communicating complex findings to diverse audiences. What draws me toward healthcare and R&D is the idea that good analysis actually changes outcomes for real people; it is the part of science that feels most meaningful to me. I am also drawn to the beauty and personal care industry, where science and consumer experience meet in a way I find genuinely exciting. Alongside my academic work, I completed a live consultancy project for an external client facing a six-figure investment decision, where I led primary research, competitive analysis, and client feedback management. That experience gave me a real appreciation for translating evidence into something a decision-maker can actually use. Outside of academia, I have experience working residentially with international students as a pastoral supervisor, and spent three years balancing part-time work alongside my studies. Open to opportunities in Cambridge, London, and beyond.
