As a Special Education Tutor in an integrated preschool setting, I provide individualized support to young children with special needs in a general education classroom. I collaborate closely with teachers and specialists to implement IEP goals, adapt classroom activities, and promote inclusive learning experiences for all students. My role involves encouraging independence, assisting with social and emotional development, and using positive behavior strategies to create a supportive environment. I strive to ensure that every child feels understood, valued, and capable of reaching their full potential while learning and playing alongside their peers
