I am a third-year Project Management student at RMIT University with a strong interest in delivering efficient, well-structured outcomes in dynamic environments. Alongside my studies, I work as a Customer Advisor at NAB, where I support customers with their banking needs, resolve enquiries, and contribute to a positive and professional customer experience. Through both my academic and professional experience, I’ve developed strong skills in communication, stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and attention to detail. My role at NAB has strengthened my ability to work under pressure, adapt to changes, and maintain a customer-focused approach while adhering to compliance and operational standards.
