Projects where we reconfigure the layouts of shop floors to new plans. More specifically we deal with product layouts and new updated fittings equipment. This job is an on and off role, only when the next store is ready to be refitted do I take part, I started as a team member and have also been supervisor along the way.
In this role I was asked to take part in a project where I acted as an RLC and created plans for upcoming refits at around 180 stores across Australia and New Zealand. Showing on existing plans how to transform the given stores to the new store layout plans
