Full time temporary sub for 7th grade math. Responsibilities include lesson planning, lectures, grading and classroom management for 6 different periods (about 100 students).
Perform payment posting, applying mailed checks and payments to the correct account in the OSU Banner database and prepare payments for data entry. At completion of data entry, balance daily work – average daily balance amount ranges anywhere from $100,000 to $700,000. Cash handling of in person tuition and departmental deposits.
Assisted in the preparation of financial reports by performing data entry, and maintaining the database. Managed and coordinated the key financial measurements (revenue, gross profit, expense, profit and cash) with the help of computer spreadsheets, and as a result, gained proficiency in Excel. Helped prepare reports and projections based on general economic trends, individual corporations, and whole industries. Communicated with direct management and other analysts in meeting tasks assigned to the company. Maintained confidentiality of financial information or any other tasks assigned by the organization.
Gained experience in HR, functioned as a receptionist and learned how to work a dial system, created spreadsheets and filed documents, and lastly worked with inventory in terms of shipping, set up and tracking.
