Mentor new tutors, develop and facilitate effective training sessions for new tutors Assist with administrative and executive tasks Provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve instructional techniques Maintain documentation of training activities and tutor progress
Support students of beginning and intermediate Spanish develop reading, writing, listening and speaking skills by conducting sessions in one-on-one, group, in-person, and online settings Create and facilitate group workshops as well as assign homework to reinforce learning
Lead groups of new students through community building exercises Help new students navigate campus resources, facilities, services, groups and activities Assist in the resolution of issues or concerns raised by new students and their families
