Instructional Assistant for the Youth & Teen Summer Program at the University of Washington, Seattle, for the following classes: Writers Workshop for MS, Young Writers Workshop, and Mechanics of Writing for MS.

My role as the history department intern includes acting as a teaching assistant, organizing events for the department, advertising events on the department’s Instagram and Facebook pages, and beautifying the history department hallway!
Organizing and facilitating an anonymous queer youth group which serves folks aged 13-18. Also involved in organizing community pride events & community outreach.
Helping to facilitate the youth action board and organize action for the Anchor Community Initiative which serves youth and young adults who have experienced/are experiencing homelessness. Additionally, helping to manage and run Triple Point, a community gathering space for LGBTQ+ youth.
