For over five years, I worked closely with entrepreneurs, start-ups and small businesses, supporting their growth through customer service, operations, community engagement and business support. Today, I combine that experience with a passion for customer success and operational excellence. In my role at Cadre Advisory, I support client relationships, onboarding, business processes and day-to-day operations. Helping to ensure both clients and colleagues have the support they need to achieve their goals. My background in customer service, hospitality, community management and business support has given me a versatile skill set. My role at ICE covers keeping an eye on the day to day reception, meeting rooms and coworking. I am the first point of contact for enquiries. I help people on their first day at ICE right through to the launch of their business. If I can't answer your question I can direct you to the team member that can! In addition to that, I look after the admin and sign up for memberships that ICE offers, whether it's having a Registered Address with us or setting up Unlimited Coworking Membership I am always happy to help where I can.
