I was responsible for: • Content - Creating relevant and engaging blogs, eBooks, and press releases for CoreHR’s target audience. Responsible for tone, content and editing of all blog content. • Google Advertising - Manage and optimise Google Search, Display and Remarketing advertising campaigns. • Website Management and SEO - Optimising CoreHR’s website to increase search presence and ensure website adheres to search engine best practices. • Social Media Management - Build and develop a social media marketing strategy for CoreHR. Define the online voice of the brand. Manage social media advertising campaigns using Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter advertising tools. • Email - Create and design email marketing campaigns and newsletters. Dispatching to targeted segments of CoreHR’s database. • Design & Branding - Create and design visual content for website, blogs, eBooks, infographics, emails and social media using Adobe Photoshop and InDesign. • Reporting - Analyse and report on CoreHR’s online performance to senior management using various tools including Google Analytics, Hubspot, SEMrush, & Salesforce. • Media management - Worked closely with online publishers to increase brand awareness, thought leadership, and generate leads.
Youth Nation is a media, marketing and events group who work with national and international businesses looking to communicate with the youth demographic. In this role, I was responsible for: • Social Media Management - Manage and develop social media marketing campaigns. Working with established platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, but also working with emerging social networks such as Google+, Pinterest, Tumblr and Reddit. • Social Media Advertising - Build, develop and analyse a comprehensive social media advertising strategy using advanced Facebook advertising tools (Power Editor) and Twitter Ads. • Website Analysis and SEO - Develop SEO strategies, perform website analysis, keyword research and implement recommendations. • E-mail Marketing - Setup and manage monthly newsletter for CollegeTimes.com including email template build, database management and deployment. • Key Account Management - Deliver effective Digital Marketing strategies and create monthly reports giving insights on social media and website performance for key accounts at Youth Nation. • Online Media - Responsible for growing the online presence of Youth Nation’s media sites CollegeTimes and TeenTimes.
