As Chief Commercial Officer and Director of INA KESS Pte. Ltd., I oversee the brand's commercial growth and day-to-day operations across the APAC region. I built up the Singapore entity from the ground up — establishing the operational foundation, opening the brand's first retail door at Takashimaya Department Store, and developing the wholesale channel in parallel. Working closely with a small, focused team, I manage everything from brand positioning and partner relationships to retail execution and strategic expansion — with full ownership and accountability across all touchpoints.

As Chief Operating Officer (COO) at MBT Distribution Pte Ltd, part of the Trendz360 Group, I lead the global operations, sales, and strategy for MBT Switzerland, overseeing P&L and growth initiatives across APAC and global markets. I also support the distribution of major brands, including Birkenstock, Champion, Asics, Polo Ralph Lauren, Heelys, and Hush Puppies. In addition, I drive the expansion of the group’s Food & Beverage brands, including Cinnabon, Ben’s Cookies, Yomaro, Llao llao, and Krispy Kreme, focusing on optimizing operations and building strategic partnerships to maximize market presence and profitability.
Heading global sales and strategic expansion among all channels (offline and online) in fashion and medical products. Product development and distribution of medical products like PSA and medical apparel and regional fashion collections for APAC markets. Focus on China/APAC and Middle East markets as well as Omni channel distribution.
As Etienne Aigner has grown consistently for the last 2 years under my leadership, as the newly appointed VP, I am in charge of all strategic store roll-outs in Asia and I hold full responsibility for all sales activities. Special focus is on omni channel implementation and cross country eCommerce solutions especially in China with Alibaba and other market places globally.
With now more than 70 stores in Asia, Aigner is currently expanding and gaining power again with a special focus on China. Stationed in Asia, my role is to maintain and raise the bar for all stores on the respective domestic, duty free markets in all major luxury department stores and upscale shopping areas. Special focus is to develop and deliver an asian collection for key distribution partners and Aigner’s Asian outlet strategy.
