Perform reviews of each Asia operation for environment, health, safety, and other requirements as necessary. Track key performance statistics related to environment, health, and safety to ensure Corporate goals are met. Provide detailed support on a location by location basis to ensure regulatory changes are being implemented on a timely basis. Monitor the regulations that impact each of our Asia operations to ensure proper awareness, budgeting and implementation. Develop and implement program to track and report EHS statistics. Conduct Job Safety Analysis, establish Safety Operation Instruction, Accident Investigation and Handling Procedure, Training Procedure, Work Safety Resistibility System, etc. Supervise firefighting management Conduct Occupational Health (OH) Hazard Identification, organize to conduct Workshop OH Factors Measurement and Engineering Control, and to conduct OH Body Check for affected employees. Establish and maintain OH Custody System. Conduct Environmental Aspect Identification; Organize Environmental Monitoring Measurement; Supervise Wastewater Treatment System and Waste Gas Treatment System operation and discharge compliance; Identify Hazardous Waste and Controlled Waste, ensure Disposal compliant with regulation. Organize EHSMS Internal Audit, Management Review, escort Certification Audit; supervise to conduct root cause analysis, escort Customer audit; Coordinate to establish and maintain corporate social and environmental responsibility (CSER) management system, following EICC CoC. Provide new employees EHS Orientation Training, organize Workshop and Position Safety Training, organize hazardous operation training, etc. Coordinate to upgrade the Wastewater Treatment System, Waste Gas Treatment System to meet the updated national standards, under the Engineering, Procument, and Construction Management (EPCM) mode. Analysis disposal process of valuable scrap, increase scrap value and reduce company property loss. Study and consolidate customer and regulation’s requirement on hazardous substance free (“RoHS”, “HSF”), establish company’s control criteria, conduct supply chain survey, establish HSF Database; Provide training; Secure QC080000 system and product compliance.
