I am the technical lead on a multi-vendor collaborative working environment for a joint programme office. I have developed and managed a modern SharePoint environment using advanced data management features such as termstore taxonomy, custom content types and workflows. I have focused on ITIL complaint service management using Service Now and a thorough documentation set. Security has been a focus ensuring that data is managed to the correct security, export or commercial considerations. I have developed innovative attribute based permission model based on active directory groups has m to ensure users only see appropriate information. In my role as Data Manager I have setup a Business Process Libary using publishing and workflow approvals. This Business Process Library is connected to content types and document sets to ensure users are always using consistent templates or are provided with the right set of startup documents when beginning a project.
I worked on delivering large scale Document Management system enhancement to 1000+ users. Features include, content approval, review reminders and automatic reference creation. A use of OOB features in combination with third party tools such as Lightning Tools. Focus on efficient role out using templates, reusable workflows and content types. I migrated 50 site collection with over 1000 unique webs using DocAve tool. Over 3 terabytes of data were moved with minimum business disruption. I built reporting dashboard connecting to external databases for key pipeline process.
