As a Staff engineer I play a fundamental role not only in supporting teams deliver high complex projects with optimal technical quality, as well as establishing processes and tools to maintain large scale applications with highest availability. These responsibilities extend to analyzing data, points of failure, pain-points and delays, to prospect and develop business critical optimizations. Some initiatives I had the opportunity to drive involved pushing part of the Frontend architecture to an Edge network, reducing server load times with the introduction of edge experimentation and driving landing page experimentation with no peak traffic shortages and optimized SEO performance; introduced and implemented a BFF (Backend for Frontend) platform, enabling teams with exclusive Frontend skills to deliver faster and with greater quality control and observability; led large scale business initiatives that involved multiple teams and stakeholders orchestration; To also bring teams to their optimal speed, introduced rich AI tools that automated tasks that normally consume engineers time, including an agent automation that receives crash reports from our website, and automatically inspect the code base to find the root cause; a user state inspector agent: an agent that has the ability to navigate logs and user data to identify issues and hiccups in a large network of micro-services. Venturus is a +300 employees software producer sited in Campinas - SP, Brazil. Acting as a UX/UI designer I've been enrolled in great mobile communication companies, developing interfaces and projects guidelines for back office applications. I also develop WebApps using the most recent technologies to ensure the development of large scale projects. As a Front-end developer, I had the opportunity to learn HTML5, SASS, TypeScript, Angular5+, React, NodeJS, Express, MongoDB, Ionic, Agile, amongst others. I also contributed in Innovation Hubs in the field of Augmented Reality, creating design guidelines to develop apps that are used as portfolio for the company. This work was publish by the company's Medium catalog and shared for the community. The article can be seen attached (In Portuguese). I also had the opportunity to participate in a keynote in the Agile Trends event in São Paulo for more than 100 people with the "Prototyping with Jekyll" presentation, demonstrating this technology that allows fast prototyping with dynamic content manipulation in Agile methods. In 2018, I had the opportunity to host a Design workshop along with a digital security market client, hosted in France, involving marketing, technology, product owners and managers team members. This workshop aimed to prototype a new product that is currently being developed in Brazil. There, I had the chance to use Design Sprint methodologies to develop a viable prototype ready to be tested in the field.
