I’m a Senior Project Engineer with over a decade of experience in civil construction and infrastructure, currently working with Fulton Hogan. My career has been built on delivering complex projects, leading high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence across both construction and industrial environments. I began my journey as an undergraduate engineer, gaining hands-on experience across Victorian maintenance contracts, local council works, and surfacing teams. This early exposure gave me a strong foundation in practical delivery, stakeholder coordination, and the realities of working in live infrastructure environments. Following this, I completed Fulton Hogan’s graduate program within the Construction division, where I contributed to major alliance projects, including the Major Road Projects Authority (MRPA) as part of the Level Crossing Removal Project (LXRP). I played a key role in the successful delivery of projects such as Clyde Road and Station Street, Beaconsfield, while also gaining experience across civil construction and Yarra Trams infrastructure works. In my current role, I operate as a Senior Project Engineer and Acting Department Manager/Team Leader for Western Australia’s fixed plant bitumen and emulsion blending operations. I lead teams responsible for production, quality, safety, and performance across critical infrastructure supply chains, ensuring reliable delivery to major road and construction projects. My strengths lie in bridging the gap between on-site construction delivery and operational plant management. I’m passionate about developing teams, improving systems, and delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes.
