Ich habe langjährige Berufserfahrung mit der Implementierung von Lean Management Systemen in der Produktion und Logistik in der Metallbearbeitenden Industrie im MTO / ETO Umfeld. Besondere Kenntnisse habe ich im Aufbau langfristiger Unternehmensvisionen und deren Umsetzung, sowie die Implementierung von Kennzahlgestützten Shopfloor Management, Lean-Audit und Schulungskonzeption für die Mitarbeiterentwicklung. Aktuell bin ich bei Lindner SE, einem Bauunternehmen und Hersteller von Gebäudehüllen, Innen- und Komplettausbau, Akustikbau, Reinraumtechnik und Isoliertechnik, mit ca. 6.000 Mitarbeitern und einem Umsatz von rund 1 Mrd. € pro Jahr in der Funktion eines Inhouse Lean Beraters beschäftigt und direkt dem Managing Direktor für die Produktion und Logistik unterstellt. Nachdem ich in den letzten fünf Jahren die wichtigsten Schritte für ein nachhaltiges Lean-System für Lindner SE gestalten und bei der Implementierung begleiten durfte, suche ich mittelfristig nach einer neuen Herausforderung mit neuen spannenden Aufgaben.
