• Book of Business: half dozen Strategic and Enterprise Accounts with over $7m ARR • Personal Renewal and Expansion Rates Achievements: ➡️ GRR = 90.73% in 2022 ➡️ GRR = 99.80% and NRR = 146.39% in 2023 (NRR started being tracked since 2023) ➡️ GRR = 100% and NRR = 156.96% in 2024 ➡️ GRR = 100% and NRR = 148.1% in 2025 • In 2022, Co-led a division-wide cross-functional project to revamp our customers’ usage metrics reporting to track better their product adoption. The results: ➡️$9.6m sourced to the company YTD ( as of Dec 2025) ➡️$3.2m gained by the company YTD ( as of Dec 2025) • Highest Expansion of the Quarter in Q1 2023 (as a percentage of the original ARR) by 221% on a single customer’s account. • Regularly Rated by my customers with NPS 9/10 and received a perfect score NPS 10/10 in Q2 2023 from one of my customers. • Invited 3 of my Top Clients to our Annual Customers Convention held in Berlin in 2022 and 2024 , and in New York City in 2025 to present on their successes with Camunda Technology . Participating in hiring new CSM talents within the Americas and APAC regions and mentoring them after being hired.
