Leading a team of experts, with the objective to; - Take ownership and full responsibility for Supply Chain and Logistics Process & Systems excellence - Through continuous improvement and implementing Sappi’s connectivity strategy to customers, logistics partners and internal infrastructure - By synchronizing and optimizing systems communication between departments to enable harmonization through out the end to end Supply Chain and Logistics Service value creation process - As well as exploring new territories and developing further connectivity solutions following Sappi’s digital strategy - Via driving Idea & Innovation and Process Improvements throughout Sappi’s Supply Chain - Establish an effective Supply Chain reporting within the mills with focus on adding value and efficiencies - Leading Sappi’s system team placed at Cracow and - Take ownership to manage Supply Chain and Logistics IT’s maintenance budget
