Prepare the organisation for acquisition through a local importer, support due-dilligence and negotiations - Finalise (still open) local accounts for previous years (under FRS102) - Enhance the governance structure after an internal audit had identified significant shortcomings - Manage local tax audit; handle fines and implement mitigations - Reorganise processes and structures - Set up the opening accounts as part of the new owner's company (Gowan Group Ireland) Manage the local finance organisation as CFO - Establish corporate accounts (IFRS), manage budgets & forecasting; - lead profitability controlling and internal reporting - Determine pricing and content of the vehicle offer - Plan and forecast sales volume; order vehicles and supervise logistics & distribution - Run payroll incl. employee-related Tax (PAYE), social insurance (PRSI), company car scheme (BIK)
- Establish Product Cost Controlling in line with general PSA practice - Develop monthly Cost per Unit reports by carline, plant and cost driver - Coordinate cost-optimization with Purchasing, Manufacturing, Logistics, Product Development - Facilitate monthly profitability meetings with leadership to review status and decide on actions - Support methodology and tool development
- Establish Logistics & Duty Budget & Forecasts ($1b p.a.); review and reports monthly actuals - Drive cost savings (benchmarking, service-provider workshops, true cost analysis)
- Establish annual audit plans and manage onsite operative & financial audits - Conduct special Investigations - Enhance corporate governance and compliance structures
