About

I’m passionate about entrepreneurship, innovation, and community building in the life sciences. As PhD #92 from the Church Lab, I’ve always been fascinated by how cutting-edge research can be transformed into real-world impact. During my PhD, where I studied the genetic basis of controlled cell migration, I also co-founded Nucleate — a global nonprofit dedicated to empowering the next generation of biotech leaders. Now, as Executive Director, I work full-time to grow our community, connect innovators with the right resources, and support our brilliant and diverse Leadership team. I’m particularly interested in: 🔬 Therapeutics — transforming breakthrough science into real impact for patients living with debilitating diseases 🤖 Automation & AI — reshaping biotech, scientific discovery, and the modern workforce 📚 Lifelong learning — whether it’s a research paper, poetry, or a sci-fi novel, I’m always reading Let’s connect if you’re interested in biotech startups, venture funding, or the future of life sciences! 🚀
