Part of the management team of Alstom Transport Deutschland GmbH and Head of the Lean Transformation Program for Germany and Austria. Separation in two phases. In the first phase improvement of cost structure to increase competitiveness. In the second phase introduction of Lean Management tools to achieve a stabilize and regulated communication. Anchored in parallel a lean culture through development and continuous improvement of leadership and management skills and coaching aspects on all hierarchy levels. International roll out of the Lean Program for Alstom Projects in middle east.
Managing of all industrial related issues. Full industrial responsibility for a Metro Project in Hamburg about Quality, Cost and Delivery. Implementation of new production methods, new production location inside Salzgitter. Management of f.e. Time schedule, Material flow, development and support of most critical suppliers (single source), built up of task forces for old not solved problems, implementation of suppliers, Takt time reduction, loss cost minimization.
