Strategic and operational responsibility for the company’s supply chain, including procurement, sourcing, inventory and logistics. Member of the management team, working closely with the CEO on business planning, budgeting and process development. Lead the logistics and procurement functions, develop supplier and transport partnerships, and ensure efficient flows, pricing and inventory capacity aligned with financial targets.
The department was responsible for the checkout, external warehouse, and product returns/customer service. My duties were within all the areas but I mostly worked with product returns and our additions services (home delivery, click & collect etc..
