Corporate lawyer based in the Bay Area. My practice is comprised of areas involving mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, and general corporate matters. Outside of work, I can be found hiking, lifting weights, and trying new restaurants. I graduated cum laude from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings). During law school, I was an editor on the College's flagship journal, the UC Law Journal, and the Vice President of Finance and Treasurer for the UC Law Business Society. Prior to law school, I worked for a data analytics firm. I completed my undergraduate at the University of California, Santa Cruz, graduating magna cum laude and majoring in Business Management and Economics with a background in accounting and finance.
