• Write Master Validation Plans • Write and Perform IQ, OQ and PQ Validations on CNC, Cleaning Line, CMM and Comparator. • Track Rework and record rejection rates and scrap rates for production. • Perform Weekly and Monthly SPC Trending Analysis on CNC Machining. • Perform Process Flow Maps on various Products with a list of manufacturing agents, tooling and process documentation numbers. • Responsible for transferring Stryker Knee replacement to Tecomet and performing Process Flow maps. • Responsible for writing the Routers and SOP’s. • Managed Calibration of Gages and Measuring Devices.
