I’m a physician shaped by frontline medicine: emergency care, intensive care, and clinical decision-making where clarity, speed, and patient safety matter most. For many years, I worked in France in high-acuity settings, including one of the country’s busiest emergency departments, and later as a specialist in emergency and intensive care medicine. What stayed with me most from that time is a skill that feels increasingly rare: the discipline to observe, examine, and connect clinical signals, even when you don’t have instant access to imaging or a full lab panel. Since 2017, I have served as a medical coordination physician at Swiss Air-Rescue (REGA)—assessing indications for complex, international cases and communicating across languages with a demanding, global clientele. Today, I’m the Lead Physician and Site Lead at AYUN Longevity Clinic Zurich, where I bring together everything I care about: evidence-based prevention, performance and recovery, and long-term healthspan. For me, serious longevity starts with strong medical fundamentals: detecting risk early and interpreting diagnostics responsibly. My focus is preventive and science - based longevity medicine, where we see the “whole picture” of metabolic health, inflammation, cardiovascular resilience, recovery capacity, performance, lifestyle, genetics, and long-term vitality. At AYUN, that begins with precision testing (including 150+ biomarkers) and continues with a guided plan that integrates medical oversight, nutrition, training, and targeted regenerative therapies. I hold doctorates in Medicine (Dr. med.) and Dental Medicine (Dr. med. dent.) from RWTH Aachen, alongside board/advanced qualifications in general medicine and emergency medicine, plus French qualifications in emergency and disaster medicine. I work fluently across German, English, and French, and I’m driven by one consistent principle: excellent medicine that is both human and actionable, so people understand their health, feel supported, and can improve it sustainably and take the most informed decision about their health and longevity. I’ve followed longevity developments internationally for years, and I’m particularly committed to keeping longevity medicine both ambitious and medically safe: progress without hype, and personalization without “one-size-fits-all”.
As Lead Physician at AYUN, Switzerland’s first longevity walk-in clinic, I oversee clinical quality and guide clients from advanced diagnostics to a personalized, measurable health strategy, designed for long-term vitality, resilience, and performance. Key responsibilities & impact • Clinical leadership: Ensure evidence-based standards, patient safety, and high-quality medical decision-making across the client journey. Preventive longevity consultations: Translate complex findings into clear priorities and realistic next steps, so clients leave with understanding, not overwhelm. • Precision diagnostics interpretation: Integrate results from comprehensive check-ups (including 150+ biomarkers) across metabolism, inflammation, cardiovascular risk, hormonal patterns, and recovery metrics, forming the basis of an individual roadmap. • Personalized longevity planning: Build structured plans combining medical oversight, nutrition and training strategy, and clinically guided protocols tailored to goals such as sustainable energy, recovery, body composition, and healthspan. • Regenerative therapy integration: Indicate and medically oversee supportive therapies offered at AYUN (for example, IHHT altitude training, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, red light therapy) as part of a coherent medical strategy. • Interdisciplinary collaboration: Work closely with sports science and nutrition experts to connect diagnostics with day-to-day execution, turning insight into adherence and outcomes. • Client experience: Combine frontline-medicine pragmatism with longevity innovation, high trust, high clarity, and plans people can actually implement. Positioning and growth mindset: Contribute to the strategic development of a modern longevity day-clinic model that differentiates clearly from classic check-up offerings through medical depth, personalization, and follow-through
