20 years ago, I watched Jackie Chan do his own stunts and thought: "I want that discipline." So I started training. Taekwondo first, earned my black belt. Then kickboxing. Now I'm a trainer myself, teaching the next generation what took me two decades to learn: show up, stay humble, keep going. That same mindset shaped my career. I fell into data governance the way most people do, by seeing what happens when nobody owns the data. Chaos. Mistrust. Decisions based on gut feeling instead of facts.
