Working at ASAPP, I owned the main annotation tool of the company, improving the user experience, extending the annotation tasks and moving towards closing the annotation-train-deployment loop to improve the company's ability to scale. In this role, my main focus was to integrate the internal annotation process with the customer facing tool and the pipeline for training and deploying the resulting models to each customer setup. Giving support and visibility of the data being annotated and used in each version.
Working towards the public release of Decentraland Explorer, I lead the development of the web side of the client. Based on a TypeScript and Redux/Sagas framework and integrating with the Unity client and Decentraland Catalyst and Ethereum web services, Explorer not only works as the web client to interact with the virtual land but also as a container manager running each of the world's scenes based on Decentraland SDK code. In this role, I also worked in the development of the decentralized Catalyst server architecture, programming the WebRTC based communication layer, its client and web services.
