I enjoy bringing order to complexity, speeding things up where it matters and helping leadership teams deliver results without losing their sanity along the way. I’m also a proud mom to a baby boy. Currently my most demanding (and least predictable) stakeholder. Outside of work, I’m an adventurer at heart. You’ll usually find me cycling, running or planning the next trip with my family. Analysed the existing company culture and designed a cohesive future culture along with an executive implementation plan (incl. Company values); decreased voluntary employee turnover from 5 pp within a year; restructured product, IT and growth teams; created development program for executive team using Leadership Circle Profiles tool (training, coaching, mentoring). Supported teams in optimise internal processes and eliminated process wastes. Analysed HR Ops and payroll processes; supervised over the implementation of the new supplier and HR Ops system. Developed total rewards and related performance review. Built foundations to OKR system.
Decreased employee voluntary turnover in HQ by 6 pp within 1 year, created development program for executive team using Leadership Circle Profiles tool, created a team of experts in matter across the company; initiated, co-developed and co-implemented Academy for Future Leaders; initiated, co-developed a project management and continuous improvement program; restructured the team in warehouse and logistic area; Developed MBO system for leaders and related bonus scheme. Developed bonus scheme systems for sales, logistics and administration. Supervised change of HQ and consolidation of 3 offices and collaborated in consolidation of 3 logistic warehouses and moving to a new modern logistic warehouse. Team: 30 ppl (9 direct reports: 4 people leaders, 5 experts/specialists/ project leaders)
