Developed a design system that served as the basis for more than 10 complex financial services with hundreds of different scenarios. Responsibilities: • User experience research for financial products in the energy market (planning and execution) • Problem interviews and insights extraction • Design system creation (typography, colors, interface behavior) • Product design: user journeys, interactive prototypes, layouts (incl. mobile), usability testing Presentations for stakeholders • Collaboration with the development team in an agile setup
Launched three online services (central payment platform, education, and entertainment) with 0.5-1 million monthly users each. Designed the initial business processes and organizational structure for the department (a startup) and set them up in Jira and Confluence. Responsibilities: • Business model and organizational structure development • Interviewing stakeholders, documenting and optimizing processes across product, design, development, release, and support teams. • Modelling new processes (BPMN, IDEF0, EPC) • Jira/Confluence setup for all processes and administration
• Played a key role in leading the IRIS/ISO 9001 certification, establishing the required processes and structures and enabling participation in international tenders for third-party supply on the global market • Developed and implemented a new business model, analytical methodology, and set up the main processes (production, procurement & supply, quality control, compliance, risk management) in an ERP System for the company with >3000 employees Responsibilities: • Conducting participant interviews, analyzing existing key processes, and designing new processes according to international railway industry standards such as IRIS and ISO 9001. E.g.: Manufacture of railway automation and communications, Quality control of the first product, Management of delayed and unforeseen processes in manufacturing, etc. • Developing complex ERP-SaaS solutions for the core processes, incl. procurement, sourcing, supply chain, cost control, vendor management, tenders across five production lines nationwide • Conducting Internal Audit • Collaborating closely with senior engineering and commercial management as well as external auditors • Developing business models and analytical systems, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and reports • Presenting analytical information to senior management for strategic decision making • Creating regulatory documentation, including process regulations, department regulations, and employee rights and responsibilities
Awarded Best Employee (2015) for improving material and equipment supply processes at a leading railway automation manufacturer by designing digital services that reduced specialist workload by one third and simplified complex operations. Responsibilities: • Integrating purchasing strategies and controlling production demand to ensure efficient procurement processes • Reducing illiquid material residues in warehouses through effective inventory management • Executing procurement processes, including state tenders, and negotiating and executing cost-savings initiatives • Monitoring supplier performance and evaluating suppliers regularly • Resolving production and relationship issues with suppliers
