Responsibilities: • Develop and execute the Strategic Business Customer Plan to achieve sales goals • Lead projects in Diabetes (Patients Support Program, social projects) • Build up effective relationships with KOLs, Healthcare Professionals, Patient Associations and other stakeholders in order to maintain advocacy in accordance with the compliance policy and marketing strategy • Ensure participation of "Sanofi" in the main scientific events to support the marketing strategy • Benchmarking of competitors activities, strategy and market position • Develop and implement structural promo-campaign for each cycle with full range of approved promotional tools • Ensure effective marketing support of MRs in line with SF objectives, priorities and scope of activities • Assist and coordinate Finance and Commercial Departments in preparing needed tender documents, price strategy. • Report on a regular monthly basis on sales results and forecast, market dynamics, projects execution, A & P budget management. • Close collaboration with the Medical, Sales, Commercial, Finance, GR and Communication functions on issues related to product management • Make decisions on all tactical marketing issues within agreed budget / plan • Work in the regions to get a clear understanding of the market situation • Evaluate potential for launch of new products and new promotional activities and provide relevant recommendations
