I have almost 5 years’ experience as Principal Engineer and my most recently role included designing of a broad range of manufacturing process. During the last 3 years I have worked with engineering and architect’s team to issue set of drawings and documentations for industrial buildings, using AutoCAD and Revit, making calculations to choose appropriate equipment for a process. I’ve been involved in big projects such as issue of a set of drawings and documents for new factories of "Concern PVO "Almaz-Antey", “Tupolev”, “Domodedovo”. Being involved in design activities as a Principal Engineer, I am keenly aware of the design and construction requirements, needs of other engineering disciplines. • Designing drawings using Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, and SolidWorks providing technical input for suppliers such as general drawings of detail's parts, assemble drawings,bill of materials; • Transforming hard copies of drawing into electronic version; • Communicating with a Senior Engineer to get necessary information to produce drawings and specifications; • Performing related work as assigned.
• Playing a key role in designing and implementing a broad range of food manufacturing and auxiliary buildings; • Functional responsibilities encompassed preliminary and detailed design, some engineering calculations, specifications development, engineering modifications; • Being involved in data collection and analyses of process performance of enterprise; • Participating in preparation of feasibility study of the project, calculating main performance data of the plant such as efficiency of future plant, amount of suitable equipment in regards to capability of equipment, quantity of necessary staff; • Contributing to preparation of drawings and specification for selection of a contractor; • Preparing monthly and quarterly reports on engineering activity; • Developing the material and people flows for principal process design; • Performing engineering calculation for a process, preparing input data for engineers and C&I engineers; • Developing input data for vendors and scope of work for getting the work done; • Designing drawings using Autodesk AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit, providing technical input for documents submittal to customer e.g. general arrangement drawings, data sheets, auxiliary drawings with equipment installation instructions, specifications; • Interpreting design engineering drawings, reviewing vendors drawings and implementing installation instructions; • Communicating with a Senior manager to provide and obtain information, drawings and specifications; • Performing related work as assigned.
Responsibilities includes the following but are not limited to: - Project management of сonceptual design; - Design, execute the process design/operating space for establishments; - Being responsible for Auto-CAD drawings for large production for all phases of drawings (sketch preliminary final); - Being responsible for updating the Auto CAD Drawings; - Being responsible for calcualtion devices, choosing, setting equipments on layout and creating specifications; - Consulting with the engineers of other departments during the design phase and using their feedbacks for modification of the design - Solving routine design, engineering problems with executives and engineering team; - Applying basic techniques and procedures to assigned projects; - Resolution of design issues, preparation and other documents; - Interfaces with senior management to provide and obtain information; - Submitting the finalized design to the concerned senior officials. Computer Skills: - Design software: AutoCAD; 3Ds max (a modeling); V-ray, Revit; - MathCAD; - MS Office ( Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Access, Power point, Outlook )
