As a Career Catalyst Coach and Counsellor, I help professionals to achieve their career and life goals by leveraging my 25-year expertise in finance, sustainability, and business transformation. I have worked with market leaders in telecom, Big4, and industrial automation across diverse regions and industries, delivering financial strategies, management operating systems, and business turnarounds. I am also a CIMA Fellow, a CGMA Digital Mindset holder, and a certified coach from several reputable institutions. I am passionate about sustainability and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues, and I am currently pursuing a course on ESG and Sustainable Financial Strategy at the University of Oxford. I also serve as a Board Advisor at AICPA, where I advocate for sustainability across the EU, and as a Regional Engagement Committee Member at CIMA, where I support the professional development and networking of CIMA members in mainland Europe. In this role of the Mainland Europe Regional Engagement Group (REG), I serve as the “eyes and ears” of the membership and students, as well as the local marketplace, providing insight and supporting member engagement, as well as organising local activities and maintain online community.
I have blended my 25-year expertise at market leaders in telecom, Big4 and Industrial Automation as Finance professional with my experience as a certified Career Coach, Consultant and Mentor to create individual and group programs tailored to the needs of professionals to grow / pivot career and life.

Task-force Remediation project
Delivery of strong and dynamic leadership of all Commercial Finance activities for Project & Automation Solutions (“PAS”) LOB. Finance business partnering and supporting the PAS General Manager in driving financial performance of a $1.3B LOB managing and standardizing key business processes including the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Monthly Business Review (MBR), Financial Analysis and Forecasts and drive results delivery, including working capital reduction, across the poles via our matrix organization. Participation in project and productivity reviews and being responsible for ensuring financial reporting and MOS compliance. Optimizing the process, assisting business to deploy new tools for faster decision making. Financial Leadership of the Digital transformation of the Business. The right hand of CFO. Developing robust financial strategies to maximize growth and long-term value creation. Mentoring and coaching support function employees to grow within organization.
The challenge of APAC Pole was in the absence of a Management Operating system (MOS, some processes were broken), risk identification at an early stage; immature finance team, as a result not meeting KPIs. Pole was the last from the bottom in performance. After 18 months of turnaround it became the best performing one. My secondment to Asia was completed successfully in Dec 2019, when I returned back to Prague but maintained control for one quarter of 2020 while handover to acting leader. The complete handover of people management activities took place in March 2021.
Having moved into Finance Lead role at Honeywell PAS in 2011 for Central/Eastern Europe and North Asia. I took over as Finance Lead for Central/Eastern Europe, Caspian, and Middle East in 2012.Currently I took over Northern Europe (the UK and Scandinavian country). I am now responsible for 3 regions with a total revenue of $300M across 500 projects. I take full responsibility for performance measurement, forecasting and financial planning and analysis. I also act as a finance business partner to PMC leaders supporting sustainable and profitable growth of the HPS projects business in those regions and achieving results for the short term Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and the five year Strategic Plan (STRAP) period.
