I lead Recruitment and Social partnership initiatives across the OWM Group, which includes OpenWeather, Ulla Technology, and other affiliated companies. My work focuses on building capable, motivated teams and developing collaborations that extend the organisation’s reach and purpose. Alongside this, I serve as a Director at the Weather Foundation, our non-profit organisation that supports environmental education and social responsibility projects. With a PhD in Engineering and CIPD Level 5 accreditation, I bring technical understanding and a people-centred approach to creating workplaces that are organised, transparent, and aligned with long-term sustainability goals.

Provide high-level administrative and clerical support to the executive team. Lead the attraction, selection and recruitment of talents Conceptualised and implemented multiple employee engagement initiatives and events, driving measurable increase in team morale and employee satisfaction. Oversee the employee on-boarding process including being accountable for contract and induction processes.
Performed temporary office and administrative duties for various recruitment agencies including entering purchase details into internal databases (invoices and pricing), handling telephone and email enquiries, using various software packages (Outlook, Excel, Access) to manage data and produce documents, interfacing with department heads.
Handled incoming customer calls and conducted ticket sales over the phone and online, delivering a high level of customer service. Developed and managed a defined list of prospects, converting to hot prospects in line with the minimum targets set. Generated own leads via multiple sources, including referrals and cold-calling. Developed and sustained relationships with theatres - attended meetings with the clients as necessary. Ensured customers’ details were processed and the database was kept up to date.
