Experienced manager with a demonstrated history in telecom industry. I have throughout my career worked and gained cross-functional experience from technological, commercial and the business environmental (legal, regulatory, privacy, security) areas of the telecommunications Industry (mobile, IoT and fixed networks). In my work I have managed stakeholder engagement both internally and externally on different levels, from top management to functional leaders and colleagues and employees. My skills include telecommunication, mobile, IoT, Co-location, datacenter, wholesale, retail, partnership, sales and negotiations, business strategy, business development, product management, pricing, developing and follow up of agreements, telecom regulation and policy (mobile, fixed, IoT, datacenter, security, privacy, cross border data). I have been a manager in many years and been leading teams ranging from 3-4 up to 18 employees. I enjoy leading and working with skilled and professional teams and employees. I believe in sharing knowledge and experience, solving tasks and finding better solutions together with others. I am analytical and structured and see things in a holistic and business oriented way, and can think “out of the box”. I am open, honest and flexible and have a good mood and positive attitude. I have an Master of Science in Digital Techniques from the University of Oslo and a Master of Management with the subjects Scenarios, Foresight and Strategy, Brand Leadership and Economy in Leadership from BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo.
