Enpal’s operational growth engine – we recruit and train construction teams.
Responsible for fulfilment of +1,000 heat pump installations per month, including: customer support during installation phase, preparation for construction, ensuring technical readiness, execution of installation through internal and external capacity and operational growth. Full P&L ownership.
Responsible for acquisition, training, and installation of external construction partners for photovoltaic and heat pump. Covered more than 50% of Enpal’s total installation volume. In charge of a +80 FTE organisation, +200 external construction teams and +1.000 installed systems per month.
With Saiga we developed and released a digital personal assistant service, using machine learning and other technologies to help our customers with all the admin work in their personal lives.
