Atea is a Norwegian listed company, which is Norway's largest supplier of IT infrastructure and cloud solutions. Atea offers consulting services within solution architecture, integration and information management. Atea's customers will also have access to a unique partnership with the largest global suppliers of IT infrastructure. Ole-Martin is CISO in Atea Norway and has overall responsibility for information security in the company. He is also responsible for quality and the environment in Atea's operations unit. He works daily with various management systems based on ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 27001, information security, GDPR, ITIL. In his job, Ole-Martin focuses on a secure platform and follow-up of best practices, legislation and standards.
Retriever is the Nordic region's leading company in data analysis and communication insight. Ole-Martin was CTO with responsibility for the Retriever group's technical solutions from A to Z. The company automatically provides media monitoring and services around this. Ole-Martin worked in Retriever from when the company had a turnover of NOK 45 million, and passed NOK 300 million. He was responsible for the development of new solutions in the company, including preparation of plans, improvement work, budgets, project management and follow-up. Ole-Martin was also responsible for operation / maintenance, technical support and collection system for content from newspapers / media. Furthermore, Ole-Martin had personnel responsibility for a total of 30 people. He was part of the company's management team, and was also responsible for purchasing and following up operating solutions from subcontractors.
WM-data was a Swedish IT consulting company with 9,000 employees, which was later acquired by first Logica, then CGI. Ole-Martin was head of department in WM-data for Java-based products in the areas of publishing, search, e-commerce and system integration. This role included everything from sales, consulting, technical architecture, project management as well as delivery and professional responsibility. Examples of projects in which Ole-Martin was involved were as project manager for creating an interactive TV portal in DNB, as well as technical project manager for a new portal and start page for mobile customers in Telenor.
TenPipes was a small consulting company with expertise in, among other things, e-commerce, interactive television (ITV) and Business Intelligence. The company was later acquired by WM-data and is today part of CGI. In TenPipes, Ole-Martin was head of department and responsible for internal ICT.
