Regionsleder Bergen • Etablert og ansvarlig for NPC sitt avdelingskontor i Bergen. • Budsjettansvar og personalansvar for alle tilknyttet avdelingen • Jobbet med forbedringsprosesser, prosedyreverk, arbeidsverktøy, budsjett, business development og oppfølging av kunder og konsulenter
• Rekruttering og salg av konsulenter innen ingeniørtjenester og ledelse • Bygde opp min egen portefølje • Kundeansvar for flere av de største kunder • Arbeid med tilbud, kontrakter og rammeavtaler
• Mange ulike prosjekter innen tilstandsovervåking og turbin kontrollsystemer mot offshoreindustrien • Ca 30-50 MNOK årlig fordelt på 10-20 prosjekter
• Prosjektledelse og montasjeledelse på leveranse av elektromekanisk pakke til småkraftverk (Ca 5MW/20MNOK) • Montasjeleder leveranse av elektromekanisk pakke til småkraftverk
