Olcay Özdemir, also known as „OJ“, is renowned for his work as a reporter and TV producer of Europe’s successful science-tainment TV show Galileo on ProSieben and Germany's most watched morning TV show SAT.1 Frühstücksfernsehen. He loves to engage his young audience with inspiring stories and produced TV films in more than 25 different countries. The Media & Entertainment Management graduate enriched his extensive social network by residing and coordinating production teams in the TV studios in Munich, New York, Istanbul, Bangalore and Shanghai. He speaks English, German, Turkish fluently, can communicate in Dutch thoroughly and can survive in China with his basic Mandarin skills :-)

Developed strategic plans by analysing daily ratings, managed budget calculations, coordinated video item bookings and cost recordings, and profitably sold & bought licensing rights.
HESTIA Student Lounge is a non-profit organisation funded by Stenden University that supports international students to feel welcomed in a new country and to connect with each other. Students can meet, study and introduce their cultures to other students by organising traditional events and dinners. Encouraged students from abroad to connect, network and celebrate diversity by providing them a “Home away from Home” at the non-profit organisation HESTIA.
