I started a customer support job in fintech about six years ago. I didn't plan on staying in that lane, but I did, one role after another, fintech, edtech, microfinance. Learning how businesses actually work from the inside. Then I found automation. And it kind of clicked. I'm not going to pretend I knew what an If node was three months ago. I didn't. I'm currently in an AI automation course, and most of what I post here is stuff I built the same week I learned it. Right now I build with Zapier and n8n. Event registration systems, AI agents that sort a whole inbox, lead qualification flows. My portfolio includes Acquirix (AI-powered SaaS lead generation), Scripture Sanctuary (a devotional app), and Calctix (60+ calculators) — all built through my own venture, Pixelverdict. Areas of focus: AI Automation, Workflow Automation, AI Agents, Business Process Automation, Zapier, n8n, API Integrations, Prompt Engineering. I'm open to full-time, contract, freelance, and project-based work — building automation, improving processes, and helping businesses adopt AI with confidence. If you want to see the actual workflows, not just a summary, they're in my featured section below.
Pixelverdict is mine. I started it earlier this year, and it's where I put the things I'm learning to actual use instead of just watching tutorials about them. I've built three apps so far. Acquirix, a lead generation tool, still mid-build. Scripture Sanctuary, a devotional app, that one's live. Calctix, a calculator hub with more than sixty calculators in it, built, not published yet. I also build the automations that run behind a lot of this. Email sequences, workflow logic, the stuff that means I'm not doing the same task by hand every single day. It's early. I know it's early. But it's real, and it's growing every week.
I support customers on an investment platform. Account questions, verification issues, platform navigation, the kind of stuff that needs a real answer, not a script. I also built something on the side. A support reference tool, category tabs, a macro library, a self-check list before something goes to QA. Nobody asked me to build it. I just kept running into the same three questions every week and figured a tool would answer them faster than I could keep repeating myself. That's more or less how I ended up in automation. I kept finding the repetitive part of the job and trying to make it not repetitive anymore.
I played a pivotal role in enhancing the customer experience at MN Actors Academy by managing student interactions and scheduling. • Conducted 50+ outbound calls daily, promoting program benefits and scheduling auditions. • Responded promptly to inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and Zoom, ensuring clear communication about bookings and requirements. • Utilized internal tools to track interactions, maintaining a professional tone across all platforms. . Collaborated directly with a director on admissions and operations, ensuring high-quality support and efficient processes across global time zones.
