Displays excellent knowledge of Chemical process engineering mixed with a high understanding of Mechanics as regards general rotational, Internal combustion, earth moving, Steam and Power generating equipment.
• Operating and Managing the continuous physical refinery and fractionating plant, producing 400TPD Vegetable Oil with a 100TPD Soap Plant. With a staff strength of 250 full time workers and combined turnover of over $200m per year. • Directly planning and coordinating the plant’s EPC, staffing and post-commissioning operations management. Entire facility includes a 6MW off-grid, gas-fired, power plant. • Planning, executing and monitoring all technical activities for the various facility expansion projects, ensuring compliance to all objectives and regulations. - Preparing and maintaining appropriate budgets for OPEX (Operating expenses). - Coordinating all Quality Control and Quality Assurance procedures to ensure quality products and customer satisfaction. • Administering and ensuring optimal utilization of all company resources to increase growth and to develop various new products to maintain effective growth. • Managing the fleet and logistics operations of the business, bridging feedstock supply from locations across Nigeria. • Overseeing the operations activities of Toilet soap noodles and laundry soap production, a Binacchi 100TPD Soap Manufacturing Plant, for supply to the consumer packaged goods/fast moving consumer goods industry. Technical operations and maintenance of the Power generation and distribution system 11KV/415V, 6MW. Assets includes multiple HV and LV transformers, Panels and RMUs, powering heavy duty industrial machinery. All plants include Industrial Process Automation with PLC and SCADA, using pneumatic, electrical and communications technology. Tank farm management with Automatic level guages and temperature sensors covering 40 tanks and 40,000 tons of feedstock and finished products. Liaison responsibilities with government agencies and standards organization to ensure production and environmental standards are met and kept. Responsibilities also include the direct operations and maintenance of all plant and machinery.

• Directed the daily operations of the company, also doubles as the Procurement officer, liaised with suppliers, both local and International on the supply of Quarry consumables and equipment. • Managed the Quarry Operations of the company producing 250 tons of Aggregates per day, with a staff strength of over 50 employees, executing numerous aggregate supply contracts. • Coordinated the operation team including the procurement department. Fleet included an assortment of heavy-duty equipment used in the earth moving and mining Industry. • Oversaw the EPC of some key component machinery, from engineering to commissioning. • Actively involved in the interactions between supervising Ministries, Departments and Agencies on Issues ranging from routine inspections, monitoring and evaluation, permits, to environmental impact assessment.
• Worked as an Engineering design attachee, under the tutelage of senior engineers. Undertook various tasks, including direct training on Project Controls, Man Hour EstImation, Pig Pipe cleaning methods etc.
