Complete vehicle NVH testing & analysis of BEVs and PHEVs with special regards to the propulsion system and its integration to the car. We identify, measure and evaluate (both objectively and subjectively) noises and vibrations appearing in the car during different load cases and driving conditions; define and verify countermeasures and develop new testing & evaluation methods to ensure top quality NVH in our products.
Team leader role of 10 NVH validation & system engineers and technician colleagues. Additional responsibility - outside of my engineering tasks - includes preparation for internal & external laboratory audits, capacity & budget planning of the team, equipment ordering and organizational development among others.
NVH development, testing (vibrations, acoustic, EMA) and validation of various automotive products, such as electrical drives, display units and ECUs. Our responsibility covers test preparation according to internal or external (OEM) test specifications, test execution, analysis of the results and providing development / improvement suggestions regarding the product to reduce undisered noise and vibrations. 3 month assignment in Bühl, Germany to refurbish and further develop an NVH test bench in collaboration with our sister group.
The Junior Managers Program is a two-years long leadership development program @ Bosch which prepares young professionals in a practically oriented way to assume management responsibility.
