2012/06–2013 interim program test manager for a large program in which a new custody platform (Bancs from TCS) is implemented and the custody clients are migrated from the legacy mainframe to the new target. As test manager responsible for the test phasing, organization and execution of 6000+ test cases. 2011-2012 Delivery Manager for all internal developments (50.000 hours, Java, WebMethods, Oracle and Cool2E) the custody migration program. 2010-2012 Manager IT for the ABN AMRO Clearing Voyager domain Responsibilities included day to day support and application maintenance for: • Global Reporting • Integration Competence Center (WebMethods and MQ series) • Java Competence Center 2011-2012 Manager IT for the ABN AMRO Prime Fund Solutions domain (sold to Credit Suisse). Responsibilities included: • day to day support and application maintenance (Temenos T24, WebMethods • transition of Prime Fund Solutions from ABN AMRO to Credit Suisse 2004-2007 Manager IT for the Fortis Bank Prime Fund Solutions domain. Prime Fund Solutions provides Fund Administration, Banking and Custody services to Hedge Funds and Fund of Hedge Funds, with offices in Amsterdam, Dublin, Isle of Man, London, Luxembourg, New York, Curacao, Cayman Islands, London Responsibilities included: • Managing the annual ICT budget (10 mio EUR) and project portfolio • HR management of 30 FTE, Including Project Managers, Business analist and Developers • Advising the Business Information Manager on ICT strategy • Setting up competence centers for WebMethods and T24 • Banking application support and maintenance • Vendor & contract management
2009-2010 As Program Manager responsible for the IT implementation of multi-year international tranformation program for ABN AMRO Clearing. The goal of the program was to offer Global Market coverage, Global Time coverage for Clients and Street Side and consistent services (Position keeping, P&L, Reporting, Risk etc) to the Custody and Clearing clients and achieve improved efficiency internally. Areas covered by pre studies and projects were: • Static and Reference Data (golden copy) system • real-time Position Keeping system • Global Enterprise Service Bus (Middleware) • Global Reporting system • Software Development and Test partner selection
As Program Manager end-to-end responsible for a large strategic IT program (25 million Euro) within Fortis Bank. The goal of this international program was to set up a Prime Brokerage service in London and went successfully live early 2008. This multi-year IT program was executed in London, Amsterdam and India (Tata Consultancy Services). As Program Manager I was end-to-end responsible for: • Managing the IT budget of 25 million Euro • Managing the IT delivery team (60 FTE) • Requirements Engineering • Selecting and managing the IT suppliers • Selecting and hiring the business analists, architects, project managers and development staff • Delivery of the development projects (12) and infrastructure (including a large offshore development with TCS in India) in 2- week release cycles (Agile development and testing) • Setting up the Compentence Center for support The program covered the integration and implementation of Data Vendor feeds (Telekurs, Bloomberg, Reuters & data scope), Accounting, Banking (T24), Position keeping (Bancs), Custody, Clearing (GMI/prop.), Risk, Security Lending (Global One), Data Management (Websphere & WebMethods) and Reporting, Client Channels & Instructing systems (Netik/Websphere).
