I have experience in restructuring business processes and organizational structure as Lean6Sigma Master black belt. In the management role I have experienced coaching of senior professionals as Master NLP. In several management functions I gaine experience in project & program management of innovation, quality improvement and lean transformation. Nowadays I'm a senior management and business consultant who can help improving our organization by teaching Lean methods and support you with assessments, workshops and advice.
