With over twenty-five years of experience in sustainability and ESG leadership, I currently lead sustainability risk management at DWS Group as Head of Sustainability Risk. My focus lies in managing ESG risk processes, developing risk appetite frameworks, specialty ESG Risk and Impact assessments for products and M&A, and overseeing sustainability-related regulatory disclosures. These efforts ensure alignment with industry standards and address critical challenges such as climate, nature and human rights risks and impacts. Superintendent of sustainability, to build and implement Sicredi's sustainable development and finance program from the ground up. Sicredi is the oldest South American system of credit cooperatives and currently operating in Brazil, serving (then) 4.5 million members with almost 30,000 colleagues through 110 credit cooperatives. Initiated led and overseen the development of Sicredi’s sustainability strategy, key impact themes, sustainability language, a new institutional sustainability policy, and the publication of its GHG emissions inventory, the subsequent compensation of carbon emissions in 2020, the creation of a reference model for practical implementation of sustainability at the local and cooperative level, and designed a new governance structure for sustainability. Advised and led the institution to become participant of the UN Global Compact and formally support the SDGs. I led the award winning sustainability report in 2019. Build and led the institutional sustainability team, prepared the team of being fully run by the institution's Sicredi Foundation, and prepared exit and new role as strategic sustainability advisor.
