During working for LTS and BLT, I made great experience in communication skills on different levels, projecting and negotiating between different stakeholders. Specialised in light quality knowledge, recognising customers needs and translating from Designish into Engineerish and the other way around. Intercultural and business politics skills are one of the most important softskills which are quite often underestimated. Now at Zumtobel I can proof myself in the Product Management Team by taking care of the SLOTLIGHT, LINELIGHT and CIELUMA family. Further more this next career step is to develop my knowledge and abilities.
