About

Organisations running large-scale transformation programs face a consistent challenge: delivery teams focus on outputs while the business loses sight of outcomes. I build and lead the PMO capability that bridges that gap — establishing the governance, controls, and reporting that keep Boards, Executives, and delivery teams aligned from business case through to benefit realisation. With 25+ years operating at the intersection of Portfolio, Programme, and PMO leadership — across SAP S4/HANA, ERP, CRM, and HRIS transformations in utilities, financial services, energy, education, and government — I bring the experience to stand up a PMO from greenfield, right-size governance to the complexity of the program, and manage budgets up to $220 million with the rigour that Executive Sponsors and assurance providers expect. Most recently, I returned $2 million to the business from a $49 million programme budget while achieving all transformation objectives — recognised as a Finalist in the SAP HRIS Best Tech Awards 2025. Whether embedded in a client environment or engaged as a consulting principal, I provide the PMO leadership that transforms programme complexity into controlled, transparent, and benefit-driven delivery.
