Expert in Human Performance Monitoring and Measurement. That is, research of human performance (i.e., physical and mental/cognitive) achieved by professionals (e.g. military, policemen, fire fighters, top athletes) under stressful circumstances (e.g., load, education, training, operations and/or deployments) that effect their careers, life and family. To that aim, existing monitoring tools are applied or new tools are developed to monitor and measure the individual and social context in order to build statistical models revealing the most relevant (set of) factors responsible for the de- and/or increase of performance and health.
